How to measure your chest, waist (with picture)
- Chest. Stand relaxed with your arms at your sides. Wrap the tape under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest and across your shoulder blades. Keep it level and snug, not tight.
- Waist (stomach). Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your stomach, level with your belly button. Relax and don't pull in. This is the waist number our jackets use.
Measure over a thin shirt, with someone helping if you can. Enter inches (centimeters divided by 2.54). Chest goes in the box lower down. Waist goes in the box just below.
